Attorney's fees and costs

Our attorneys understand that when you seek legal assistance you often wonder if you can really afford such a service. Trying to adjust to the financial ability of each client, our lawyers have prepared several ways to determine the remuneration for legal services. At the same time our lawyers are open to setting individual financing conditions for both individual and corporate clients. Each option of paying the fees is discussed with you at the beginning of our cooperation. Whichever option you choose, in the course of the case we will remain completely transparent regarding the fees and disbursements. In any case, we will consider the possibility of submitting an application for exemption from court costs, in whole or in part. Depending on the type of the case, we offer the following options to pay the fees:

1) remuneration quota,

2) hourly fee,

3) fee dependent on the outcome of the case (success fee),

4) fixed fee, or

5) other alternative method of remuneration agreed individually with the client.
